Eclectic dinner with excellent food and a wide variety cooked the old fashioned way right across the room. Sketchy part of town but we've gone for years and never had an issue or felt concerned. Great place!!

Good food and lovely staff. I’ve often had to wait 30+ minutes to sit down. I don’t necessarily think it’s the Messiah of greasy spoon diners many make it out to be, but putting the enormous hype aside, I think Tucker’s does a good job for what it is and I love that it’s part of the neighborhood.

Walking into Tucker's is like walking into a diner from years past. Joe and Carla Tucker are friendly and GREAT cooks. There is nothing bad on the menu. For breakfast or lunch, Tucker's is slam dunk.

Historic neighborhood survivor spot. Get ready for great diner food in an atmosphere of neighborhood locals and corporate execs. Really great customer mix and gracious friendly owners. Don't be put off by appearances Worth the trip.

Everything was GREAT and I was going for 5 stars but I didn’t like paying $3.50 for a side of sausage (2 patties) and 3.50 for a side of bacon ( 2 strips)..my 2 children ordered the pancakes with meat sides and the bill was $20.43..I didn’t eat anything...Loved everything but that..maybe I should have looked at the menu better..and made better choices...

Great little gem of a restaurant. Family owned. Fair prices. If my knowledge isn't mistaken I believe this is the first minority owned restaurant downtown Cincinnati.

A solid breakfast place. Don't be intimidated by the location. This is a classic spot and much beloved by the community. Prices are low and food is served quickly. If you're looking for a classic diner then this is the best place in downtown Cincy.

It looks like a unassuming place from outside, small inside. I ordered the Greek omelette, it was light and fresh. I also tried the fried green tomatoes, and grits with bacon jam. Loved the tomatoes, again very fresh. Wasn't fond of the grits, but it is a popular menu item.

Interesting place. Kind of a throwback in a bad way.ordered a breakfast sandwich was given a breakfast platter which was twice the price. Waitress scolded us at register for accepting the platter.

I got an egg and bacon sandwich. I wish my bread could have been grilled and my bacon fried a little harder. Great customer service 👍

Ok, this place is real. It's been around forever and I can see why. Eggs over medium or an omlet...you can count on it to meet expectations. Then of course you can get you're Cincy goetta, which is a must-try. Our favorite is their speciality grits with bacon marmalade, but it's only available on Saturdays.

Family owned and operated for over 70 years, first time eating at Tucker’s and was welcomed by every member of the family who works here. Food was great, service was exceptional, will certainly come back!

Tucker's is my favorite diner in Cincinnati. The staff is ultra friendly (shout out to Becky and Dicky), there's a free unlimited jukebox, locally sourced ingredients and coffee, huge portions, and reasonable prices for any budget. The bacon jam is to die for. If you go on the weekend, get the huevos rancheros or shrimp & grits and thank me later. This is officially my home away from home and little does the staff know, I'm making them all my emergency contacts.

One of the hidden gems of Cincinnati and OTR. Tried the French Toast, fries, cheeseburger, and a deli sandwich. Everything was reasonably priced. The ambiance of the restaurant was great; it gives you that old school vibe. Pro tip: the jukebox is free. Go ahead and scroll through the classics

Excellent food with excellent service.

This diner is an area treasure - from the food down to the service, this is everything you could want in a local restaurant. Unequivocally the best breakfast in the area - you'd have a hard time finding something on the menu not made from scratch. Also can't rave enough about the cozy and friendly confines of the diner, itself (shout out to the old, jukebox-ish CD player on the back wall). You really feel like a regular after a couple visits and eventually want to try everything on the menu!

So first time eating this place Today! ☺️ Was very excited to eat! The food was amazing but I got food poison 👎🏽 Don’t get me wrong the food was great just made me sick afterwards 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then I called up to the store and let them know a lady picked up didn’t let me know her name but I explain what happen she just laughed at me and hung up I was so very disappointed ☹️ ...

Good breakfast at a great price! It's kind of hidden in a rougher area of Cincinnati, but as soon as you walk inside it is a very nice place. Nice staff, quick service, and overall a great experience

The revamped Tucker's is everything we loved about the original, but with new paint and a clean vibe. So exciting!

Good food, good people, fun place.

Kind of a whole in a wall restaurant. It is not that noticeable from the outside but its clientele is very local. So if you are an outsider look for it and you will be please. Food was delicious. French toast were great. You can make your own a la cart combo with out spending to much. Their sweet tea is brew there and it's good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank your for everything if you guys are reading this.

From the fabulous food to the extremely friendly staff this is an incredible place to eat. Don't let the neighborhood dissuade you from trying it. You won't be disappointed.

Seriously, why haven't I been here before? The food was excellent, I had the Classic Breakfast with goetta and my partner had the Six Cheese Omelette! Everything was amazing!! Something else ... Everyone was very friendly!!

How is this restaurant still open? Rude wait staff, especially over the phone (about an order they screwed up). Very mediocre food...very. Been twice, in person people seem nice but if they mess up a delivery order best believe it's YOUR fault.. somehow. Both times though the experience was "meh". I was shocked because i'm from NY where diner food & service is a delectable and satisfying experience... not so much here.
